Established in 1978, Twara Diam was led by four brothers as a small family venture which has now matured into a business of repute over a vast span of time. During this period, the company has set up modernized factories in Gujarat, making it one of the leading employers in the region. The company’s foundation is held by its values of eminence, integrity, continuous improvement, its experience of over 40 years in the business and most importantly flexibility, which has been essential in adopting technological additions targeting maximum efficiency in small diamonds manufacturing. Twara Diam is an Authorised Polished Diamond Supplier of the Rio Tinto Diamonds – Chain of Custody Programme.
Our Value Proposition
The first generation started a small manufacturing unit with only 10 polishing wheels in a small town of Bhavnagar situated in the Saurashtra region of Gujarat state in India. Over the years, the business grew to polish over 1,500,000 stones a month. Twara Diam’s strong foundations in this region of South Gujarat also known as the diamond manufacturing hub of the world, allows us to have access to skilled artisans at relatively lower costs.
The vast experience in the industry has led us to become one of the leading manufacturers of polished diamonds. With the Head Office in Bhavnagar, our supply reaches PAN India, Honkong, China and the US. Most of the rough diamonds we manufacture are tendered from prestigious diamond companies like Rio Tinto, Catoca, Stornoway, Arctic Canadian Diamond Company, Mountain Province and others, thus ensuring ethical and consistent sourcing in volume and variety from mines in Canada, Africa, and Australia.
Our calibrated assortments in polished goods range from sizes 30-500 pieces per carat, clarities from IF-PK and colorless to colored diamonds (D-M) and also in shades of brown (TTLB-DB)
